I like writing. I like interviewing. I like researching, and researching some more, and finding what other people missed, and then arranging it in a way they wouldn’t. I like matching tone of voice, camouflaging myself, bolstering existing brand portfolios. I like creating tones of voice, getting stuck in and standing out, crafting a unique brand identity. I like a challenge.
I really, really like writing to my values. I really, really like working with policy, history, economics, and culture. I really love people, and I’ve come to suspect that that is what makes me good. I love finding a place to connect, and once I have, it’s easy to write from a place of confidence and authenticity. An audience can sense authentic writing, and they respond to it.
